If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We deliberately don’t have a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ page. This is because we believe there’s no such thing as a standard question – and therefore impossible to come up with a standard answer. If we can’t answer your questions immediately, we will do so as soon as we can.
Don’t worry about the time of day – or day in the week. Although we are available for your call during normal office hours we frequently work evenings and at weekends – the time when most people want to call. So if you e-mail on a Friday night or Sunday afternoon, don’t be too surprised if we respond within the hour.
E-mails get through to us pretty much wherever we are, and, if you just want to place a reservation or pay a deposit to secure a booking, you can do it online from this site. Just go to the check availability page.
