A country pine table seats up to four and a generous selection of cutlery, pretty crockery & good glassware caters for all occasions.
Elegant sophistication meets countryside magic in Lower Leys living room. A good mix of old and new, wood floors and artistic black and white photos are effortlessly combined. Comfortable seating allows you to enjoy glorious views over the valley and the hill of the Common or to sit back and enjoy the large flat screen TV.
There is a small ground floor cloakroom just off the main hall.
The wonderfully bright and spacious south facing Master bedroom is both very comfortable and very sophisticated. It enjoys some of the best views in the National Park from its large sash window.
This King Size bed can be set up either as a twin or second double, the zip and link beds allowing this cottage to accommodate either two couples or a family. Just let us know & we will arrange it for you.
The classy en-suite bathroom is bright & spacious and is fitted with a large walk in shower, basin and loo. A hot towel rail is fitted too along with an illuminated mirror.
Located to the right at the top of the stairs is an excellent double room with westerly views over the fields of Foxtwitchen and Bradymoor beyond. The standard double bed is extremely comfortable with feather pillows and duvet and provides a lovely place for a second couple staying at Middle Leys.
A built in triple wardrobe & vintage chest of drawers provide plenty of storage.
The attractive en-suite bathroom is warm & spacious. Classic white sanitary ware include bath, basin and loo. A skylight allows plenty of light, as do the white wood panelling and pastel coloured walls. A hot towel rail is fitted over the radiator.
