Fitted in the laundry room is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Pale green wood floors and rush matting that compliment the white walls and the wood burner in the large stone fireplace all give Middle Leys a warm but contemporary feel. There are comfortable armchairs and sofa, tables and a flat screen TV for cosy evenings in front of the fire.
The Master Bedroom is bright and spacious with lovely furnishings & fabulous, far-reaching views onto the moor at Withypool Common.

To the right of the stairs you will find a cosy double bedroom with a pretty furnishings & a sash window with charming views over the fields towards Bradymoor. The standard double bed has a deep & comfortable mattress, feather pillows and feather duvet and offers a romantic place for a second couple.
With a southerly and westerly aspect from its two sash windows, this room offers magnificent views of open countryside. With lovely blue and white furnishings, good lighting, antique chest of drawers and free standing wardrobe this very generously sized room is extremely comfortable & offers plenty of storage.
The family bathroom is wonderfully large and pretty with lilac walls, white tiling, a sash window facing due south, thick country cottage walls and a deep bath looking out over one of the finest views in the county.
